Jose Oscar Fajardo (Ph.D.) is co-founder and CEO at Nemergent Solutions, an SME specializing in 3GPP MCX services with headquarters in Spain.
Previously, Oscar worked as a researcher in mobile communications at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), where he participated in 3G/4G/5G innovation projects.
At Nemergent, he actively participates in several innovation projects related to Mission Critical Services over 5G, i.e., H2020 projects 5GENESIS, Affordable-5G, and 5G-EPICENTRE.
