Laima Balčiūnė, Ph.D., is the CEO at Sunrise Valley Science and Technology Park (STP), Lithuania, a Board member at the European Institute of Innovations and Technology, a Board Member at the Vilnius Valleys Association and other organizations. She is the initiator and co-founder of the CleanTech Cluster Lithuania and the Sunrise Valley Digital Innovation Hub.
Laima is experienced in innovation ecosystem building, entrepreneurship, knowledge, technology transfer, start-up and spin-off creation, and growth. She leads the Vilnius business incubation center of CERN technologies and other business creation and growth initiatives, such as sustainability business pre-accelerator.
