Andris has worked in the marketing and advertising industry for the last 23 years and since 2005 he is CEO and Managing Partner at NORD DDB Riga, where he leads a team of approximately 50.
NORD DDB Riga is among the top 3 agencies in Baltics, the most awarded at BalticBest 2020, as well as internationally recognized at festivals such as Golden Drum, Euro Effie and Creative Excellence Awards among others. Andris with Nord DDB Riga team are co-founders of The Red Jackets Association to acknowledge, support and promote best exporting brands from Latvia.
Additionally, he is member of the Board in Latvian Art Directors Club and Creative Director of TEDxRiga.
Andris holds an EMBA degree from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. He has graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and received a Master’s degree from the University of Latvia.
