Dr. Eusebiu Catana is the coordinator of the 5G LOGINNOV project and the senior manager in the field of ITS transport & logistics, as well as ALICE vice-chairman and a member of the DTLF steering committee.
He holds a Ph.D. in vehicle telematics, a Master’s Degree in electronics engineering and operations research from the University of Leuven. Additionally, Eusebiu holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and CISA certifications.
He began his career at ACUNIA in Belgium as a software developer for the on-star software project for General Motors in vehicle telematics. Previously he also worked as a Technical Consultant in R&D for about 20 years for top technology companies in Europe and the USA (e.g., projects: On-Star, Vehicle Telematics, TRIDENT, OTAP, CO-GISTICS, AEOLIX, COREALIS, CONCORDA, FENIX, 5G-LOGINNOV, and more).
In 2002, in Munich, Dr. Eusebiu was awarded the “Best ITS project development platform” prize from the IT industry.
