Enrica is currently working in Operation Excellence Manufacturing R&D as Project Manager, coordinating all the activities for the European research projects. She’s been at Whirlpool since 1994, with several previous project experiences in various Whirlpool functions and with different roles.
Her previous roles include MES and factory automation project manager, and moving through various strategic project roles for the supply chain (SAP/APO implementation for EMEA as SME for production and supply network blueprint), marketing (KitchenAid major domestic appliances launch in Europe as program PMO and path to manufacturing coordinator), sales (Iberia market organization design and development as project leader), finance (as cost leadership manager for EMEA refrigeration and then as change management and communication manager for Actual Costing and Whirlpool P&L reengineering), Global Information System (as Change management and communication manager for Whirlpool-Indesit SAP integration program).
Enrica worked in the Industry 4.0 EMEA program as PMO, supporting I4.0 project activities and governance definition before joining the manufacturing R&D team in the Operation Excellence department, where she now coordinates all the activities for the European research projects.
