Gary is the Director of Public Policy at GSMA. He was previously a regulatory director at eir, the Irish incumbent telecom operator. Gary has held roles in Vodafone, Telefonica, and with the Irish telecom regulator.
He has a Ph.D. and MBA from Dublin City University.
