Kaspars is Head of Business Area Defence and Public Safety at LMT. His task is to develop products, services, and innovations in Command and Control (C2), C4ISR, communications, the Internet of Military Things, etc.
Mr. Pollaks is a retired Lieutenant Commander with more than 13 years of decorated service record with both training and operational experience in an international environment and command record in the position of Commanding Officer.
Kaspars holds M.Sc.Eng. degree in Maritime Transport Administration from Latvian Maritime Academy and mini MBA degree in Innovation Management from Riga Business School. Kaspars is also a distinguished graduate of the Latvian National Defence Academy and the US Navy Surface Warfare Officers School, Newport, RI.
