Maija has always worked in the dynamic and challenging space between the public, corporate and civic sectors. Besides her work as an Adviser for Digitalization and Sustainability at the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Latvia, Maija’s also engaged in doctoral studies for a PhD at the Faculty of Computing of the University of Latvia in Riga.
Maija has a background and degree in business economics and worked and studied international development. She regularly initiates, leads and contributes to projects aimed at the sustainable development of segments of our modern societies through innovation and technology.
