Salvis is a business growth expert acting in business support areas for about 10 years with a clear understanding of business ecosystem. Since 2007 he’s been working at the Ventspils High Technology Park where his main responsibilities are training new entrepreneurs and assisting in business start-up and rapid business development.
In 2008 Salvis is initiated a creation of regional business incubator in Latvia – Kurzeme Business Incubator,and, therefore, lead the organisation from the first year of operation.
Since 2011 Salvis is actively involved in Green and Smart Technology Cluster and represents its Board since 2016. His responsibilities include building a collaboration platform for companies, scientific and educational organisations in order to support a more active internationalisation of their activities.
From 2013 Salvis Roga is also responsible for the Kurzeme region of Latvia in the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
